SHIPPING POLICY
***Chase Dental Supply uses Fedex Ground, and does not charge handling fee and charges, only the actual shipping cost from Fedex Ground.
***FREE Shipping on order of $500 or more, up to 20lbs to contiguous US excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska and ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
***FREE Shipping will NOT apply to orders of equipment, manufacture drop ship orders and special order items.
***FREE Shipping does NOT apply to International orders.
*Chase Dental Supply has GREAT RATES from FedEx Ground.
*All Shipping Charges will be processed once your order has been recieved. Chase Dental only charges the actual shipping cost from Fedex Ground.
*Allow 1-5 Business days for shipping depending on location.
RETURN POLICY
*** Chase Dental can NOT accept the return of items without their original packaging or that have been opened. Unless, the item is defective and can be returned to the manufacture for exchange.
*** Prior to sending any returns please call us to get an authorization code.
*** ALL returns must be made within 30 days from the original invoice date.
*** Chase Dental WILL pay for return shipment in case an item that you are returning is do to our mistake. If you are returning an item that is ordered in error or is no longer needed, the customer will have to pay for return shipping.
*** A 20% restocking fee will apply to ALL orders on special items, manufacture drop ships and equipment orders.
*** ALL credits from refunds will be credited to your Chase Dental account and can be used toward your future purchases.
*** Chase Dental CAN NOT accept any returns from INTERNATIONAL orders due to customs regulations. Unless, the product is defective and can be returned to manufacture for exchange.
